Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath & Body products (once opened or used)
- Baby Essentials that are hygiene-related (bottles, pacifiers, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Arts & Crafts section
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
- 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds to process
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return shipment
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
