We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available on orders of $50 or more
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath & Body products once opened or used
  • Baby Essentials that are hygiene-related (bottles, pacifiers, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our Arts & Crafts section
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or showing signs of use

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Details about the product you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item:
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
    • Include all accessories and documentation
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 24-48 hours to process
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The process is simple:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For our valued international customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with return shipments
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
